Shipping Policy

Check the creators (vendors) shipping timeframes and refund/return policy, by clicking on the “Shipping and Returns” link in their individual stores, before making your purchase so you are aware in advance of the shipping timeframes, per item, and whether the item/s you order can be returned for refund or exchange.

 

If the product can be returned, return the product in the same condition and packaging that it was shipped out in.  

 

Our creators have agreed to ship all orders to the buyer within the timeframe specified in their store’s Terms & Conditions. Failure to provide shipment notification to Gallery La La LLC, within the specified timeframe, will prevent the creator from being paid for their ordered item. Failure to provide shipment notification to Gallery La La, within the specified timeframe, will also trigger a refund in full, for the ordered item, to the buyer. You may find out the shipping timeframes for each creator by visiting their store (https://www.gallerylala.com/the-creators) and clicking on their Terms and Conditions link. The timeframe listed in the creator’s store will be one of the following:

 

1-3 business days = shipment notification by 3rd business day

 

3-5 business days = shipment notification by 5th business day

 

1-2 weeks = shipment notification by 10th business day

 

2-3 weeks = shipment notification by 15th business day

 

3-4 weeks = shipment notification by 20th business day 

 

As part of our Seller Agreement with the creators it is their responsibility to deliver the items contained within an order to the buyer. They have waived their ability to win any disputes if the buyer says the package did not arrive due to not having Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Information. The creator waives the ability to win any disputes if the customer says the package did not arrive should the creator choose not to provide shipment notification. All orders made through www.www.gallerylala.com must be shipped to buyers. No attempts, by the creator, to meet in-person to transact should be attempted. 

 

Refunds & Exchange Policies

 

Each creator on our platform has opted for one of the following 3 refunds and exchange policies. You may find out the refunds and exchange policy a creator has opted for by visiting their store (https://www.gallerylala.com/the-creators) and clicking on their Terms and Conditions link: 

 

1. No Refund/No Exchange

 

This is a non-refundable and non-exchangeable product. 

 

2. Exchange Only

 

Product may be exchanged if we are notified by email (info@gallerylala.com) of your wish and reason to do so within 3 days of you receiving it and we (or the vendor) receives the product back within 7 days, from you receiving it. Product being returned will only be exchanged if it is shipped back to us or the vendor, as per our instructions, in the same condition (product isn’t used or damaged) and packaging that it was shipped out in. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee as well as shipping fee to receive replacement product. 

 

3. Refund

 

Refund provided on the product minus shipping fee, taxes and transaction fee if we are notified by email (info@gallerylala.com) of your wish and reason to do so within 3 days of you receiving it and we (or the vendor) receives the product back within 7 days, from you receiving it. Refund will only be issued if product being returned is shipped back to us or the vendor, as per our instructions, in the same condition (product isn’t used or damaged) and packaging that it was shipped out in. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
