Refunds & Exchange Policies

Each creator (vendor) on our platform has opted for one of the following 3 refunds and exchange policies. You may find out the refunds and exchange policy a creator has by visiting their store.

1. Refund
Full refund provided on the product if we are notified by email (buyjee@gmail.com) of your wish and reason to do so within 3 days of you receiving it and we (or the vendor) receives the product back within 7 days, from you receiving it. Refund will only be issued if product being returned is shipped back to us or the vendor, as per our instructions, in the same condition (product isn’t used or damaged) and packaging that it was shipped out in. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

2. Exchange Only
Product may be exchanged if we are notified by email (buyjee@gmail.com) of your wish and reason to do so within 3 days of you receiving it and we (or the vendor) receives the product back within 7 days, from you receiving it. Product being returned will only be exchanged if it is shipped back to us or the vendor, as per our instructions, in the same condition (product isn’t used or damaged) and packaging that it was shipped out in. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. No Refund/No Exchange

This is a non-refundable and non-exchangeable product unless product arrives damaged then an exchange will be offered. If damaged, product may be exchanged if we are notified by email (buyjee@gmail.com) about the damaged within 3 days of you receiving it and we (or the vendor) receives the product back within 7 days, from you receiving it. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
